Team 1209 appears annually at Tulsa Maker Faire, alongside other local FRC teams. This year, we demonstrated our 2026-season robot, Roomba, and how we use our mechanisms to gather and score game pieces. At our booth, our team members led a hands-on activity, teaching interested attendees how to remotely control smaller VEX robots.
Our team interacted with thousands of people of all ages, introducing them to our team, our engineering process, and the values of FIRST.
